PRG - PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE - up $1.17, or 65 per cent, at $2.97
Japanese human resources giant Persol has made a $778 million takeover bid for labour hire and maintenance group Programmed Maintenance.
SGH - SLATER AND GORDON - up 1.2 cents, or 16.2 per cent, at 8.6 cents
Slater and Gordon has agreed to a $36.5 million settlement of class actions brought by thousands of unhappy shareholders, allowing the stricken law firm to take another step toward restructuring.
ADH - ADAIRS - up 34.5 cents, or 39.4 per cent, at $1.22
The manchester and homewares retailer expects its full-year sales will hit the top end of its previous guidance.
WHA - WATTLE HEALTH - up 7.5 cents, or 15.8 per cent, at 55 cents

US-based biotech Bioverativ has launched court action in the US against vaccines and blood products firm CSL, claiming that the Australian company's haemophilia B drug, Idelvion, infringes three Bioverativ patents.
TAH - TABCORP - up 9.0 cents, or 2.1 per cent, at $4.32
TTS - TATTS GROUP - up 12 cents, or 3.0 per cent, at $4.13
Online betting firm CrownBet and the consumer watchdog called for a judicial review of the Australian Competition Tribunal's authorisation of a proposed $11 billion merger of Tabcorp and Tatts Group.
